What are Learning Disabilities?
Learning disabilities are disorders affecting one's ability to understand or use spoken or written language, perform mathematical calculations, coordinate movements, or focus/direct attention. Learning disabilities happen to very young children, but the disorders are usually not apparent until the child reaches school age.

An adult or child with a learning disability may feel as if he or she is in a mental jail. Struggling with learning disabilities is a painful experience. Often, several overlapping learning disabilities are diagnosed. We know that once learning disabilities are identified and addressed, learning ability can be improved. Child or adult, it is never too late to get help.
